both cards are 5x7  but any size card will do 6x6, 7x7,6x8 and 8x8

You dontyou don't have to stay with hexagon you could use circles different sizes if you wish squares, triangle any shape you fancy.

Oh La La First Ever Card

well what can I show you today I then I thought what about how my crafting hobby started it was back in 2014 when I had been thinking of making cards. Just didn't know where to start someone told me to buy magazines because you get free gifts and ideas.
So I bought a magazine and I started to look on you tube, but it wasn't till 2015 I started making cards cos I kept doubting I could do i.

The cards you can see here are the first cards I made only had the basics then scissors very basic cutting device from the supermarket.

I made these cards and was very chuffed with myself that I started to explore the world of card making more and I purchased a second hand sizzix cutting and embossing machine from ebay and my crafting hobby began and I've never looked back.

Lets Make It Purple

Hi every just a quick one today.
The card I've used distress oxide. The stamps are from Crafty Roo Designs the lady stamp is gorgeous and quite large cards are a 6x6 so you see how large she is.

Get a white piece of card 5" and 3 quarters this is going to be are front piece that we ink onto then mount to a 6 x 6  card blank

stamp the lady onto a old book page using black versafine put to one side to dry.

Using distress oxides I've used kitchen roll as a blending tool just make sure it's a clean area of the kitchen roll when using different colours of ink so you don't contaminate your inks with different colours.

On the purple one I used wilted violet and wild honey to blend now for the writing stamp background from crafty roo Designs using wilted violet stamp the writing stamp over the page.

We get the lady that we stamped earlier  and using colouring pencils coloured her in.

Cut round the image using double sided tape stick to the back of the image and stick her in place

Now for the sentiment I used black versafine
Ink well and stamp to the right side of the image.

It's I The Bag

Hi I'm back today with another card
These cards are quite simple and yet look so beautiful.
this card is a 6x6 the shoe and bow are tattered  lace dies

this card was made to order the customer wanted 8x8 and I must admit it was a great size to make a special card for a loved one.
Again still used the tattered lace shoe but the bow this time is creative expressions by Sue Wilson it's the classic 3D design.

The embossing folder is the lattis  by crafts-too you but you can use any embossing folder of your choice I personally just like the crisp clean look of this folder.
That's it for today I will see what I can come up with for tomorrow. Happy crafting all and stay safe.
